You probably wouldn’t believe us if we told you that we found these lowriders in the “general parking lot” of the Super Show. Yup, these lowriders were driven to the show and left unattended. It’s definitely a sight to see.
What started as a small get-together has now become of the quickest growing and most organized cruise events in So Cal, and to be honest, there’s nothing like it.
These historical photos taken by Fred Enke were saved (from being thrown in the trash) by Pat Ganahl. They’re an important and irreplaceable part of lowrider history.
It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, the Laurel Canyon Cruise Night should be on your bucket list of Hot Spots to cruise. The cruise takes place on one single block, but the action is plenty.
There few that could match the intensity and creativity of a lowrider when it comes to custom automotive paint. From candies to flakes, murals to pinstripes, there’s always something to appreciate.
