From the Archives: Ever see the parking lot of any Lowrider Super Show look like this?

These pictures were taken at the Japan Super Show back about 15 years back. Joel Garcia took the photos and what’s incredible is the fact that these are NOT the show cars from the show itself, but lowriders driven to the show by spectators!

Seeing these lowriders in general parking is definitely something you don’t see here in the U.S. To top it off, these look like some pretty nice lowriders, but at the end of the day, it definitely says something about our culture here in the U.S. because we may drive ’em, but we sure as hell won’t leave them parked for long periods of time unattended.

Sadly, you can’t have nice shit and leave it unattended because if we could, I’m sure we would. Thanks to Joe for the pics, and as always, if you have any vintage lowriding pics and a story to share, shoot us a message and share ’em with the world because they don’t do anyone no good sitting on your dusty bookshelves. or in your toolbox.
